Recently I've been convinced of the virtue of putting a space after each comma in a list of parameters. The small extra effort expended on typing is amply repaid by
increased readability:
form->dostuff(a,b,c,"xxxxx",d,e,9,-1)
v
form->dostuff(a, b, c, "xxxxx", d, e, 9, -1)
